Meet Kristina

I’m a Registered Psychotherapist with over 10 years of experience in the mental health field. I support children, teens, adults, and families through anxiety, emotional regulation difficulties, trauma, and life stressors.

In addition to my years as a mental health clinician and therapist, I have experience in clinical leadership roles, overseeing virtual intensive therapy programs and multidisciplinary teams including therapists, social workers, occupational therapists.

My approach is warm, collaborative, practical, and focused on helping clients feel understood and supported.
